Private health insurance “EXTRAS”
Yes, if you have "EXTRAS" cover, then your physiotherapy consult is likely to be partially reimbursed by your private health insurance. As we do not have HICAPS claiming facilities onsite, you will however be responsible to pay for the full consultation fee on the day. We will provide you with an invoice so you are able to claim online with your Private Health Insurance. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

Medicare Subsidised Sessions (i.e. Chronic Disease Management Plan, Team Care Arrangement, EPC)
You may be eligible for a care plan from your GP. If eligible, your GP can provide you with up to 5 subsidised Allied Health appointments per year which typically covers $58 per session. For In Clinic appointments, we are able to claim your Medicare rebate on the spot. Please keep in mind however, you will need to cover the gap payment on the day of your consult. For Home-Visits, you will be required to claim yourself via Medicare/ My Gov Website.

Late Cancellation Fee

Late or missed appointments exclude others from receiving treatment. We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, otherwise your treatment time may be shortened.

Please also provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation or changes to your appointment. A non-attendance or late cancellation will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
